I can't seem to shift the T-case on the fly anymore??? I just replaced all my u-joints and front and ball kit in the front u-joint. But I am not sure why I have to be at a full stop to shift into 4wd???

Went and ordered the Chrysler 2001 Dodge Ram service manual. It should cover everything and I will have to tear it apart and fix it I think it might be the synchro mechanism. I went for a long drive today and I noticed a lot of vibration at highway speeds as well I think I might be looking at my clutch and rear u-joints at the same time and look over the sqawking coming from the drivers side axle shaft (u-joint). Everything seems to be hitting me at once....

No this is recent. I checked my diffs after the outting and found water in the front diff as always but the rear diff fluid was good until last week when I was changing the fluid in the tranny. I checked the rear diff to find the fluid BLACK as hell and full of metal. When I drained the cover I found a big chunk of metal stuck to the magnet on the bottom of the diff and metal paste everywhere. It worked out perfect as the spider gear that was missing a tooth was looking right at me.
