Anybody got a 2001 tj? what was the normal warranty on these, and was exhaust system covered?

generally the typical DC warrantee

on my 00 neon I had 60 k or 3 years bumper to bumper
but then again its DC ....which will try its best to get outta anything

3years 60k kms bumper to bumper. If it is the stock exhaust then it is covered.

had to c/o my cat conveter 2 weeks ago on my 98 tj
8yrs and 135000ish warrenty on the emision control stuff and i had the 3yrs 60000k ish....

Warranty??? you get a warranty from Chrysler? Maybe in writting but just try and use it...I dare ya!
On a diffrent note though..if you find one that does do warranty work on vehicles that have been off road give me a shout. Been to two and neither wanted to cover my stuff I have decided there is no warranty and am taking mine to FolkAuto where I at least know he does good work!

ive had no problem and I off road my tj all the time. even had them do the bearings on the rear end as warranty.
first trouble i had was my cat. converter but went to a different dealer and it was taken care of.

I should revise my statement. I am sure there are great dealers out there whom may warranty their vehicles. I haven't found em yet but am persistant and will someday.
I do like what I was hearing from the last one I went to and will most likely go back to them if it is something that is definetly a warranty issue! I will how ever take my rig to Deano if it is driver misuse, If nothing else I will get a sympathetic ear and a beer!
By the same token if I didn't drive like I had lockers and 38's on I would more than likely fair better!

Should be covered for defects upto 60,000K
