ok, i want to run 38's and i have a 4" body lift as of now, what would you guys reccomend for me to do, i want to 38 to fit with some room. should i run springs in all 4 corners or should i go blocks in the back? which ever one you think would be best what are all the parts i need, from spring size to u bolts? im new to this and the shops want way to much money to do it. this will be my daily driver if u guys need to no that, all comments will help thanxs.

Hey Ryan, I checked a mag that had all that info, it said 7" susp. lift w/ minor trimming would do it for 38x15. Hope that helps.

It was from June 99 (I think) Four Wheeler and it said 7" susp. lift and minor body trimming, no body lift. That would fit 38x15 wide, I have the mag in the shop. I don't know if there is a 7" kit available but you could use a 6" kit and add a couple leaves if needed. Or small body lift.

My 85 4Runner had 7" springs up front, and coils in the rear, and no body lift.

With this set up, I ran 35" Boggers with no rubbing at all. So I think if you put your 7" springs in there and did a shackle lift as well, you'd be OK.

But if you already have a 4" body lift, go with a 4" spring as well and you should be good.
