The gears for the back window in my 91 runner are stripped. Looks like a pain in the ass to get them out. Has anybody done it before? Anything I should know before I start?, anybody want to do it for me? (heh, heh). I got the motor out and can move the window up and down by hand, but thats as far as I got today.

It's real easy just 4 bolts and a few wires to disconnect and the whole unit comes out. Course you need to remove the window too.
