WOW...im honored to be the first one to post...lol. k heres my problem.. i have an 86 samurai and the transfer case keeps gettin stuck inbetween gears. In 2hi it works fine but as soon as i apply power in 4hi or 4low it will pop out of gear. Then it gets stuck inbetween. When i pull the shifter arm out i can see that the 2 shafts inside arnt aligned properly so i pop em back into gear and it goes together fine and shifts fine til the next time it gets power applied to it. What gives?? Iys easy enough to fix but its friggin anoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

your shifter shift sheet could be worn out
