I imagine you want dual sump? But also clearance for the punkin? Pick up the SVT one for 351W into 5.0L conversion, reasonably priced and comes with the dipstick. I got one for my 72 Bronco and it has the 351 as well.

SVT is ford racing, only vehicle that i know of that had a 351 and a dual sump pan factory was the police crown vic's and it may be hard to find one of them at a local wrecker.
