Intake ,compression, power ,exhaust If ya have spark and ya have fuel getting past the carb check your distributor (loose and turned?) turn the engine to top dead center #1 and see if the rotor is pointing at #1 dist post

its turning over but just wont start.bought it monday drove it home parked in front of my house next day started it parked in front of my garage brought my 33s in got rims mounted (looks good) got home put tires on and thats when it all started.my only guess now would be timing but why?i put a brand new accell ignition coil in last night but still nothing. im dumbstruck any ideas....

If its a fuellie 351 change the module your going to need a 5.5 mm socket or go get the tool for it ( its the black boxs on the distributer ) if it carb then check timming chain . bring to to " 0" on top dead center on number one and see if the rotor is in the right place . you can check for a loose chain by moving the crank pulley back and forth and watching the rotor . should not be more than about 7 degrees or its your problem ( I have assume that you check for fuel and spark and both are good working order )

< oh if you change the mod there is this clear grease in a tube you need to smear it on the connection and on the back side put the white grease its for heat transfer > or you will be changing it again soon
