Good luck with the Rubi, they're pretty stout right out of the box

IMO, I think all that Rubicon and trail rated stuff that jeep has on their jeeps is just there to make the customer think its a heavy duty rock crawlin offroader. Of course it is capable of doing some pretty narly things depending on the skill of the driver.

Anyway, welcome to the dirtiest site on the internet.

Where else are you gonna find a 4:10 geared, 4:1 crawler box, front and rear push button lockers, Dana 44 rear, Dana 44 front (if you put in Superior chromolly axleshafts), stock 31x10.50 MTR's, and a 7 YEAR WARRANTY??????
All for about 23g'sUSD new??????

i would not say a brand new rubicon is not "out of the box" heavy duty.
As for trail rated badge??? it can only help with any warranty issues.
