I need to do a REAL lift on the rear of my XJ
I can just FEEL those leafs twisting when I stomp on the gas pedal (350v8)
right now I have 2" lift shackles, 2.5" block and extra leaves in the stock pack for about 8" lift
I'm wondering if there is a cheaper but not shitty way to replace the stock leaves without buying NEW 6" lift leaves(keeping the 2" shackles)
Can i use Dakota leafs? or fullsize chev leaves or something else? or would I be better off getting NEW 6" lift leaf packs?

I added s10 leafes to my pack to replace all but the main leaf. The s10 leafes had a lot more arc too them ad put way too much stress on the main leaf. One day I was backing up and I hit a rock and put a 90 degree bend in the main leaf. When I first tried the experiment I just moved the centering bolt onbt the s10 spring and swapped them staigght in. Th s10 main leaf when it streched out ended up smacking my shackels into the frame.

If you don't care about flex add more leaves I would spend some money and either convert to coils and links or proper lift packs. 350 eh sound cool. Got any pic's?
