Some ol' dude bought it new years ago and never used it...was parked in a garage all that time. Sold for $4000. KAC User Registered: 11/28/04 Posts: 8	There are adapter kit's out there now....I made my own adapter.The engine is a 1.6 turbo out of a Jetta. I used a Flywheel off of a Fox And machined it to fit inside the Sammy tranny bellhousing...There were a few bugs but I slowly got rid of them..I used every day for over a year now...It werks great.I took it of the road so i can Do a little "tuning" to the whole truck over the winter but it'll be ready for the road in the spring. A Sammy pickup would be cool to do up. _________________________ 85 Sammy.with VW Diesel
