no.......don't get schedules mixed with wall thickness, sched 40 is a pipe measurement, I'de imaginwe 2" 1.20 would be enuff,....unless yer gunna be jumpin stuff.

so u say use the d.o.m. tube? i may be looking to sell a kidney or two if thats the case, have u ever seen tube bending done with an exhaust pipe bender, i tryed some regular pipe to see what happened it worked bu it crushed a tiny bit on the inside and got slightly flat on top, do u think dom will do this, is that stuff sized in od or id? can u get it cheep, whas the
