Hey Shawna I have my skid plate ready to go on. This is the most easiest thing ever. the frames are dead flat and 33.5" edge to edge. What I did was go to the hiway dept and got decomishioned hiway signs. How you mount them is up to you. My rig is off hiway only so I used a 3/4" hole saw in the side of the frame and used a caridge bolt so I have a nice round surface to skid over on the rock's. oh make sure you don't get the alum sign's I don't think they will stand up. I want to leave the max 90 intacked so when it flips over it will always be a good photo op!
