.......oilers..

WHY! Will it be spinning 10,000rpm?
Will it be running 800 pound valve springs?
KISS principal applies
The stock oiling system will be all you need for that lil' motor.
Made some drip oilers once for a roundy car engine(pretty constant 6500rpm)...didn't help much...a proper oil pan made it all better

Pot....meet kettle!
Just couldn't figure why you wanted to reinvent the wheel.
Think about it...steal oil pressure from the top (cam) now you make another problem.
Do those old valve covers have proper vent baffles?
I love them old things but most don't have proper venting.
Steal the ones out of SBC covers...rivet them in with solid alu rivets.
Ain't in a shell...too damn busy...one maybe two days then life is back to normal.
Moving on to a new deal....building a crucible and furnace.
Crapholes first metal foundry
I'll check with JRT...he prolly has a manifold for you. Has about half a dozen BBF manifolds on the wall. Even one for two LPG mixers.....his brother and him used to make them.
Couple of pretty smart bastids!

I have my cams made and selected by engle cam they took axle ratio trans gearing and my chain drive gearing tire size and what the rig was expected to do and they came up with two cam's. No complaints so far. they have done all my cam work for years. I will try to find the little build sheet for them. Oh price for the intake is what I paid for it $175 What do you want to do with this engine?

Not meaning to step on any sales/purchases here but dual quad tunnel rams are meant for high RPM use. This means solid lifter or roller cams, bigger springs, good valves and a bullet proof bottom end.
And think about this....a buddy of mine built a 468 BBC for his boat. Single 1150 Dominator etc.
The first day on the lake...he burnt a whole 45 gallon drum of fuel.
Now he's pissed that he spent all the money on a motor he can't afford to run.
But don't let me stop you. Hell that's what money is for!
Honestly...the price of fuel these days (and it's only going to get worse) has really changed my big block mentality.
I'm starting to believe the "leave a few minutes earlier" thing now.
