Do any of ya all from the left or north know of any auto wreckers or any guys in AB or BC that have some project cars, trucks for sale. I have damn near run outta places to look here. And Saskatchawan people want to make 15000 on a 500 dollar car.

Not sure what I want this time but depends on what I find.

The wife feels like its her turn to have a fresh rebuilt hot rod. She assures me she will "help" build it. I am sure that means help me pick a crappy pink paint or sumthin.

But any help will be appreciated.

What are you looking for? Give me some ideas and I will see what I can do.

I guess after some discution with the other half. She wants a:

4x4 67 - 72 chev pickup or blazer. If she can't find 4x4 she will take a two wheel drive. Or if she cant find one of those then maybe a curvy truck like her uncles (Tri five chev) but not like her uncles cuz that would suck having the same truck. So myabe a little older or a little newer but not a dodge, they just don't look good. But fords can look nice but I don't want one like that one we saw in three hills because it was to small and funny looking.

This conversation went on for quite some time. So If I can find any truck thats not a dodge that is pre 1960 it would probably be good. Or any chev pre 72 would be good.

If she can't get a truck she likes she wants a gangster style hot rod. Something to chop and section. Sumthin not to boxy, maybe a late 20's probably 1939 or 40 era buick styling. I built a 38 pontiac humpback that she really liked, same "sorta" styling. Thats a pretty wide range but I will try to build anything.

So I have no real good idea what she wants, she changed her mind every five minutes. I just do what I'm told. .
