just got one here and spent a solid 20hr's tiggin stainless... thing dident even break a sweat.
hung some gate's last week in the 90-100amp 3/32 7018 dept and it purred rite along...
you get a adapter so you kin either plug it into 110v or 230v 3 prong outlet's and it auto ditect's the juice at hand... (very neat)....
paid about $1400 with tax at air liquide in kelowna plus bottle... i would suggest a hand control for it but base model is sufficent for most folk.... come's with the tig and stick whip's plus a nice ground clamp and plenty of cord to get into tight spot's.
all in all a solid 9 outta 10 in the suitcase welder dept... addition of AC wave in the same model would give it 10 outta 10 buit that's buyers remorse as the more costly version of the maxstar has it but my pockets aint that deep.
